We will BEAT any written quote*

1/ With our use of a hydraulic trailer we can get into the tightest of locations.

2/ All Oasis homes are built stronger for transporting.

3/ This 19.0 x 6.9 mtr home was delivered with no external or internal cracks.

4/ You also get the long term benefit of a sturdier home.

All Oasis Transportable homes are built low to the ground

To Build or not to Build on site

You be the Judge

Here are the comparisons

1. A $55,000.00 home built on a bank loan over 8 weeks :-

Transportable

Site built Owner pays $550.00 deposit and the bank pays progress payments to the amount of  $49,500.00 you pay to that point interest of $376.00  now increasing at a rate of $10.70 per day, so allowing a week to settle your total $74.90 your Total cost to you is $55,450.00 and increasing daily until you settle.

2. Am I restricted to a low rectangular home if I choose a transportable

Transportable homes can have increased roof pitches to most areas, along with complex shapes and designs we have over 1000 layouts and even build a 2 storey transportable.

3. What if I want to make an adjustment on our design while under construction

Transportable homes built in our yard are able to be revised daily as we are here all the time and are able assist and make any adjustments on the spot.

Site built homes are generally built to a pre ordered quantity making any adjustments are a lot harder and more costly if at all possible.

4. Is there a difference in quality.

Transportable homes are always available for inspection as you are able to inspect all homes that are being constructed prior to there delivery, this lets you see the quality and workmanship of the builders standard on every home he is building prior to you signing a contract. plus all of these homes are inspected on a daily basis.

Site built homes are a sight unseen as it is impossible and impractical for you to fully inspect all homes currently under construction as well as it is for the builder to inspect giving the same amount of time as in transportable homes.

5. Are the construction methods the same.

Transportable construction has to withstand delivery so extra bracing and strength is added along with control joints which allow for a stronger and more  flexible home.

Site built houses do not require and are generally not built with the same strength and flexibility as a transportable.

6. What if my home is built and I am not happy with  the workmanship etc.

Transportable construction in a yard allows you to inspect with the builder present at any time through every stage,

Site built construction means that you generally have to make an appointment to inspect with a supervisor on site at a time convenient to them,

7. Finally

Transportable finance at key handover based on a $55,000.00 home can owe the builder as much as $54,450.00 he is financing the home at this point and must ensure that the home is correct.

Site built finance at key handover based on a $55,000.00 home can owe the builder as little as $5,500.00 you are financing the home at this point and must ensure that the home is correct.

Its not to hard to work out

which is the better deal

Transportable = Oasis Standard as not all transportable builders are the same.

* We will beat any written quote based on a genuine quote substituting an equivalent home from our 1000 plus layouts ( we reserve the right to determine genuine )
